A 16-year-old boy in Lancaster, Ohio has been arrested for harassing 911 dispatchers, Fairfield County Sheriff Dave Phalen said.He said the boy had made several calls asking what color the dispatchers’ underwear is and what time they get off work. Phalen stressed that false 911 calls tie up phone lines and take attention away from real 911 emergencies. (info from Lancaster Eagle-Gazette)
